As Chief Operating Officer, Meghan Denenberg is responsible for customer relations and the general operations of the Corporation. John F. Cremmen has been in the Greater Boston real estate brokerage industry in excess of 30 years. As Senior Vice President at Denenberg Realty Advisors he focuses on Investment Sales, Acquisitions, Commercial and Industrial Properties as well as Urban Development. In addition, he has brokered in excess of 1,200 units of housing for rental and condominium developments. Prior to working at Denenberg Realty Advisors, Cremmen was a Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle for fifteen years and before that he was a Senior Vice President at the Peter Elliott Real Estate Company.

Richard McKinnon has been in the real estate brokerage industry since 1985. As Vice President at Denenberg Realty Advisors he focuses on Investment Sales, Acquisitions and Leasing of Office, Industrial and Retail properties. Prior to working at Denenberg Realty Advisors, Mr. McKinnon was at The Grossman Companies as Director of Brokerage Services for over twenty five years and before that he worked at Dickinson Development Company for five years.
Some of his clients have included: Charles Schwab, Fidelity Investments, Mortgage Guaranty Trust Co. (MGIC) and Kemper Insurance. In addition he has leased and sold over three million square feet of Office and Industrial properties.
